Local pickup bidders, Pickup is the Wednesday following the close of the Auction between 11 and 6pm Bidders needing shipping, please make sure to register with the CC you want us to charge as it will be automatically charged once the items are packaged and ready for shipment. We do NOT accept cards over the phone. If an issue arises with the registration card, you will need to pay using a Friends and Family paypal payment Depending on the number of shipments, these normally ship by Thursday following the close of the Auction but can take longer if special packing material is needed etc. Fee's: We charge for the packing materials needed to pack the items (box/paper/bubble wrap etc.). Box fee's ranges from $1 to $5.00 a box normally, larger boxes are more. Shipping Costs: We charge the actual cost of shipping plus a handling fee of $5.00 per box, $3.00 for padded envelopes for coins and alike items. Framed pictures and larger items: The box and packing materials range from $25 to $35 per box and if possible, we can ship 2 framed pictures in one box; sometimes we can and other times we can't. Shipping items like a sword, we can add additional items in the box and will do so as long as the items can be send safely. Extremely LARGE pictures will be sent to a pack and ship provider as they are to large for us to package. Small framed pictures will be less as we can use normal boxes and will follow the pricing schedule prior to framed pictures. Please be careful when bidding on estate lots of breakables/dishes/etc.; it can get rather expensive quickly due to the amount of packing materials, boxes etc. needed to ship the items. If you have the winning bid, it's yours and if you are not willing to pay shipping, the items will be consigned by you and sold in a later Auction. Also, we will not ship a tote full of breakables. If you're wanting to purchase a lot of glassware or breakable items, please call prior to bidding to insure we can ship the items. Tracking number('s) will be supplied via email when shipped and you may also call to obtain the tracking number @ 817.400.8243 (UBid). We do our very best to ship things safely, but in the event something gets broke, we do not refund. UBid Estate & Auction Services LLC assumes no responsibility for stolen or lost items. We ensure that the shipments are picked up and once the shipping provider has the item, the ownership of the shipment is yours.
